My job keeps me on my toes constantly, but it also allows me to venture into creative arenas that I am passionate about- such as writing and design. Aside from work, I believe it's important to cultivate interests that provide joy outside the daily grind. For me, this includes indulging in yoga practice several times a week to maintain physical fitness; baking treats for loved ones (dessert is my weakness), and reading books by my favorite authors.
